Rose and Robert Bosse

Englewood Health longtime friend and supporter, Robert W. Bosse, of Englewood Cliffs, NJ, held a steadfast appreciation for the high-quality, compassionate care delivered by the health system’s clinical team. Mr. Bosse passed in late 2022 at the age of 94. As an engineering professional, entrepreneur and business leader, he achieved many notable accomplishments and held multiple patents. Above all, he enjoyed his life rich with service to others alongside his beloved wife of 54 years, Rose, who predeceased him in 2016.

Today, the Bosse’s legacy lives on in countless ways within the community and Mr. Bosse’s industry. His support of the Englewood Health Foundation includes naming The Rose and Robert W. Bosse Breast Surgical Center at Englewood Health which serves breast cancer patients throughout the region. By choosing to include the Foundation as a beneficiary in his estate plan, Mr. Bosse broadened his generous spirit of giving to create a legacy for himself and his cherished wife at an institution they valued deeply.

Changemakers like Mr. Bosse leave an indelible mark on our community for generations to come by helping Englewood Health deliver exceptional care to more patients than ever before. The most advanced technology, best-in-class clinical expertise, advanced research and access to innovative programs are possible thanks to the philanthropic commitment of bold visionaries who embrace the opportunity for action.
